2025 Australian Catholic Education Conference

We are pleased to announce that the 2025 Australian Catholic Education Conference registration is now open. The National Catholic Education Commission is partnering with host diocese, Catholic Education Diocese of Cairns to present the national conference for an expected 1,500 Catholic educators, leaders, clergy, parents and the broader Church involved in Catholic education.

With the theme ‘hope, anchored in faith’, the conference aims to provide an engaging professional learning experience with a focus on the strategic vision and mission of Catholic education across three key areas – Faith, Excellence and Access. We will be featuring a broad range of speakers, presentations and workshops focused on Catholic identity, mission and formation; learning and teaching; leadership and governance; parent engagement; parish and community engagement; resourcing and infrastructure; advocacy and marketing; and more.

About the registration process:

  • You are about to begin the registration process for the 2025 Australian Catholic Education Conference.

  • On this platform, there are two registration types:
    • Individual Registration
    • Group Registration (2 to 5 Delegates)
      • Large Group Registration (10+). Please contact 2025acec@conferencenational.com.au
  • All information should be typed in upper and lower case (eg Firstname Surname).
  • Please fill in all fields marked with an asterisk (*). 
  • Your information will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the conference organisers.
  • You should receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of registering.

2025 Australian Catholic Education Conference (ACEC 2025) Privacy Statement - Attendee List

The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended, and the Privacy Amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches), 2017 requires that before your name and contact details can be published in an attendee list you must give your consent. If you select 'Yes, I do want my details to be included in the attendee list, your name, organisation and email may be shared with:

  1. Event delegates
  2. NCEC
  3. Sponsors

Please note, this is not withdrawing your data processing consent, it is only to opt-in or opt-out of the event attendee list.

This ticket allows you access to any recorded conference sessions for three months* after the conference. This will be included for all attendees joining us live in Cairns in your ticket, so please only select this ticket if you are NOT attending the conference. 

*Please note: due to speaker agreements, a small number of presentations will only be available for one month’s access and Dylan Wiliam’s full day workshop will not be recorded.

Payment

  • All transactions are in AUD and inclusive of 10% GST
  • Payment must be made at the end of the registration process by credit card; a receipt will be emailed with your confirmation
  • If payment is not made, the registration process will not be complete and your registration details will not be saved
  • We offer SSL(Secure Socket Layer) technology & 2048 bit data encryption to protect your personal information and credit card details.
  • Credit cards accepted: MasterCard/VISA (1.8% transaction fee) /AMEX (2% transaction fee)
