Accommodation Booking Form
Please note that at the end of the below booking process, full payment for the room will be required via credit card.
Once the booking is confirmed, the email address nominated in the booking will receive a booking confirmation and a tax invoice.
How To Book Your Accommodation
1. Select your 'Check-In' and 'Check-Out' dates and click on the 'Search' button to view the room options
2. Compare accommodation options and select 'Book Room' button on your selected room type. If you are sharing with another attendee or family members, please specify their details within the 'Share With' field
3. If you have a specific request, please note this in the 'Booking Requests' field. The hotel will try and accommodate these requests, however, is not able to guarantee them
4. Finalize the booking process by providing your credit card, which will be charged to pay for the booking in its entirety at this stage
Important: Please click 'Next' to be directed to the final 'Summary' page, where you will prompted to check and agree to your Hotel Terms and Conditions to finalize your booking. Full payment via bank card will be required. Once payment has been verified, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. Please allow up to 10 minutes for this.
