NACCHO Terms & Conditions
• The Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to all goods and services offered by the NACCHO event and all prices are inclusive of the GST
• All monies are payable in Australian Dollars
• EFT Transfers are preferred however, Credit Card payment at time of Registration are also available
• All EFT payments are due and payable at time of purchase
• Privacy Statement – The Conference Committee is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information provided by you to the committee. The personal information you provide in this form will be used to:
* Process your registration form
* Contact you in the event of cancellation
• Late registrations are also not guarantted the full conference kit, i.e. Program, t-shirt etc
• The Conference Committee may disclose the personal information which you provide in this form to external service providers to whom we have contracted out functions such as printers but only for the purposes outlined above
• You have the right to access any personal information which we hold about you. You may also request the correction of information which is inaccurate
NACCHO Registration Cancellation Policy for Period prior to expected event date of 31 October 2017:
In the event you have to cancel your registration, a cancellation fee may/will apply. See below for fees:
• A Cancellation fee of 25% outside of 90 Days prior
• A Cancellation fee of 50% between 89 and 60 Days prior
• A Cancellation fee of 75% between 59 and 30 Days prior
• A Cancellation fee of 100% between within 29 Days of event
The fee has been calculated as a percentage of the estimated food and beverage and room rental revenues incurred by NACCHO. Cancellations must be advised in writing by the cancelling partying to NACCHO, email to: NACCHO-AGM@naccho.org.au

Security Policy:
• When purchasing from ConferenceNational, card details are transmitted through a secure server using Secure Pay. Card data is not hosted by ConferenceNational after processing
Conference National Registration Cancellation Policy:
• Any Cancellations or Changes to a registration which results in a refund back to a delegate will incur a $6.00 administration fee from ConferenceNational
• Cancellations must be advised in writing to ConferenceNational as per above
• All prices are displayed in AUD$ and are correct at the date of offer. Any prices quoted may be subject to change until your registration is confirmed
Consumer Data Privacy Policy:
• ConferenceNational is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your registration only
