CONFERENCE PROGRAM

The 7NCSIC program is being shaped within the spirit of Pope Leo’s Apostolic Letter, and with a commitment that the Colloquium should: 

• remain theologically grounded, as “Education is not an ancillary activity, but forms the very fabric of evangelization.” 

• create space for system level leader candour about what works, what doesn’t, and what needs re-thinking 

• highlight approaches that put the person first while strengthening governance, and local agency 

• showcase transferable practices that make a real difference in Catholic school system contexts 

• support cross-system and charism learning; sharing insights that build networks and “bridges, not walls” 

• foster national unity without assuming uniformity, recognising the diversity of traditions, charisms, and local realities 

• focus clearly on the vocation and responsibilities of system level leadership
